Marinated Mushrooms

Pink Ribbon Cookbook,

 

3 cups fresh mushrooms, uncooked
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves Garlic, crushed.
1/2 teaspoon accent (opt)
I large bottle Kraft Italian Dressing

 

Combine the spices, vinegar, oil and dressing in a saucepan. Bring to a full boil. Pour immediately over the washed whole mushrooms. marinate at least 3 days in a closed container in the fridge. Drain and serve as hors d’oeuvers.
